Soft Tech is a software company focusing on solutions for the window and door industry.

As UX/UI Designer I was responsible for overseeing all research and design work across the key Soft Tech products for Windows and Doors manufacturers, engineers and dealers.

  • Led the design process of the Dealer web application from scratch to 5000 active users.
  • Led the redesign of a core desktop app (V6), simplifying core user experiences and introducing modern UI design.
  • Led a scrum team of 5 developers as a Scrum Master.
  • Conducted user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions.
  • Ideated, produced, and presented design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for customers, stakeholders, product and engineering team members.
  • Created and maintained a UI Design Components Library and Style Guides for the Dealer web app.
